--- DOS INSTALLATION ---

* The Install program takes into consideration other mouse drivers that
may have already been configured for DOS or Windows. In updating the
system files, it tries to identify and "REM out" those drivers that it
recognizes to prevent conflicts with NetScroll drivers. The drivers found
in AUTOEXEC.BAT are modified with "REM (by-NetScroll-Install)".
This allows the NetScroll Uninstaller to recognize which statements need to
be un-REM'd. Please do not edit the "REM (by-NetScroll-Install)" text or
the Uninstall feature may not work properly.

* As of this release, most of the common mouse drivers from Microsoft,
Logitech, Genius, etc., are REM'd out by the Installation program.
However, it is likely that new driver names in the future may escape
detection and thus will still be present. NetScroll should still take
precedence since if the Installer doesn't recognize a driver it will add
the NetScroll driver to the top of AUTOEXEC.BAT (the first DOS mouse driver
   listed in AUTOEXEC.BAT gets control).

1)Windows 3.x and Windows 95 INSTALLATION will install NetScroll DOS Driver
 automatically.
